Prof. Ivan T. Robertson

Professor of Organisational Psychology 

Ivan T. Robertson is an Emeritus Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology, UMIST. Ivan has published over thirty books regarding Occupational Psychology and is a recognised industry expert on leadership and development, working extensively with Central Government and Private Industry to implement best practice. 
   
Research interests
Professor Robertson’s research covers performance management, psychological well-being, management and leadership development, personnel selection and personality, managerial assessment and personnel psychology.
